Does declining a request hurt my ranking?+
No. Incompatible or unsafe requests can be declined without a ranking penalty. Fit, quality, availability confidence, distance, and response reliability are considered separately.
When can I start accepting bookings?+
Only after all required checks and Pawly’s final trust review are complete. A submitted application or screening invitation is not approval.
Does Pawly collect my SSN or date of birth?+
No. Those details belong in the screening provider’s secure hosted flow after separate disclosures and authorization.
What does a “consider” result mean?+
It means a report needs fair human review. It is not an automatic rejection and does not activate or deactivate your profile by itself.
Can someone help me provide care?+
Only if the pet parent explicitly approves them and they have their own completed Pawly verification. Undisclosed substitute care is prohibited.
